Right, "exactamente", there is no point, except for experimentation and fun, in putting it on a stock engine, boosted or not.

If someone locally has a stock 3sge non turbo and some tools and some knowledge and preferably a little english, though that's the least important thing, I'm keen to work with them on this.

There is a guy around the corner that wants me to put it on a crazy 450cc v twin race bike. That will be more interesting and difficult as it's got no battery, is kick start, is odd fire, and only has a crank sensor!

Anyone who is willing and able to assist by attaching this to their engine is going to be helpful, even if it's not an old toyota, though other cars may take more work. I have code for most mazda and mitsubishi engines that are a little older too. And anything with a boring distributor setup. And some weird american V8 called the "LT1". I plan to add others, however if I could find one from one of those categories to test on, it would be better for everyone.

I spotted a problem with google this time, it translated "right" into "derecha" instead of "exacto" or "eso es" I've only been here 2 months, and have been busy, please forgive my use of the translate service for these longer messages...

Hay un chico en la esquina que quiere que lo puso en una loca carrera de moto 450cc V-Twin. Que será más interesante y difícil, ya que no tiene batería, es empezar a patear, es el fuego extraño, y sólo cuenta con un sensor del cigüeñal!

Cualquiera que esté dispuesto y sea capaz de ayudar uniendo esto a su motor va a ser útil, aunque no es un viejo Toyota, aunque otros coches puede tomar más trabajo. Tengo el código para la mayoría de los motores de Mazda y Mitsubishi que son un poco más también. Y cualquier cosa con una configuración de distribuidor aburrido. Y algunos extraños V8 americano llamado "LT1". Tengo la intención de añadir otros, sin embargo si podía encontrar una de una de las categorías de la prueba en, sería mejor para todos.

We have a slight misunderstanding. To me a 3SGTE is a 3SGE also, just with a turbo :-) For my purposes it doesn't matter whether you have boost or not, it's all the same. Google: Tenemos un pequeño malentendido. Para mí, un 3SGTE es un 3SGE también, sólo que con un turbo :-) Para mis propósitos, no importa si usted tiene impulso o no, da lo mismo.

Not so much need, more want. The prototype is just sitting on the desk here right now, not being used, except for minor bench testing work. It's a waste. It would be better if someone with engine mods or someone who just wants to try new stuff were driving around complaining to me about it (so I can make it better). If I find someone with a suitable car, who I trust, they can take it and use it for a while, provided they can be accessed for testing when I need to, and provided I know where they are to come and get it back if I need it.

Also, there is a crazy guy in Australia who is designing a small 100x80x40mm hardware solution for FreeEMS called "RavAGE" especially for Toyota 4 cylinder applications. It will be perfect for older toyotas when it is done. Right now it's just being designed, but he's making rapid progress.

Again, if you know of anyone with an old 3sge or 4age or similar car, and some basic tools for wiring, and some enthusiasm and knowledge, put them in touch, please :-)

Sería mejor si alguien con mods del motor o de alguien que quiere probar cosas nuevas se movilizaban me quejaba de ello (por lo que puede hacer que sea mejor). Si encuentro a alguien con un coche adecuado, en el que confío, que puede tomarlo y usarlo por un tiempo, siempre y cuando se puede acceder a las pruebas cuando lo necesito, y siempre sé donde están por venir y hacerlo de nuevo si lo necesito.

Además, hay un loco en Australia, que es el diseño de una pequeña solución de hardware para 100x80x40mm FreeEMS llamado "estragos", especialmente para aplicaciones de Toyota 4 cilindros. Será perfecto para los mayores de Toyota cuando se hace. Ahora mismo sólo está siendo diseñado, pero está avanzando rápidamente.

De nuevo, si usted conoce a alguien con un coche viejo o 3SGE 4age o similar, y algunas herramientas básicas para el cableado, y un poco de entusiasmo y el conocimiento, los puso en contacto, por favor :-)

I'm designing a full system for programmable engine control.

Power is a function of the mechanical systems of the engine, but without proper control, not only can you not harness the potential of the engine, but you may damage it too.

Can FreeEMS make more power for your Celica? Only if there is more power to be made being wasted by the current computer.

Currently there is enough support for older 3sge/4age/3sfe/4afe/7afe etc engines, however you can't just buy one and install it.

What I'm hoping to find is someone technical who I can work with locally to test software on a real engine.
