Get a chance to see the 2017 Honda Civic at Geneva Motor Show next month. The new version of Honda Civic is expected to boast improvements in exterior, cabin and engine. Now, here's what is currently known about the next-generation Honda Civic hatchback release date, update and features. 
The same source reported that the upcoming Civic will have 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol model pumping 127-horsepower and 1.5-litre four-cylinder version making 201-horsepower. These models will be powered with Honda's VTEC variable valve timing technology. Furthermore, it is expected that the new 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol will be available in the future, which could replace the current 1.8 version and is set to form the basis of the next Type R.
